Most enquiries get a reply within one working day. Anything coming in over a Friday evening or a bank holiday weekend is dealt with the next working day.

The address is for correspondence; the practice operates online and in person at a quiet back-room of a working café in London (see the About page for context).
What to put in the message.
If you're enquiring about a coaching engagement, the discovery-call route is faster and the response is more useful. For other queries, a paragraph is usually enough: what you're trying to get out of the conversation, and how soon you need a reply.
If you're a journalist working on a piece about career coaching, please say which publication and the deadline; if I'm available within that deadline I'll get back to you with what I can usefully say on the record.
